Recent revelations that the Obama administration has lost track of over 1 million foreign visitors to the US, despite a 2004 law requiring a biometric exit system be established and news that a Chinese Communist illegal immigrant has been charged with vandalizing American national monuments in Washington, DC, like the Lincoln Memorial and the National Cathedral, is leading ALIPAC to call on Congress to stop all considerations of Amnesty for illegal immigrants.

"Our immigration system is clearly broken because elite financial interests are using their clout to prevent enforcement of our existing immigration and border laws," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Our lawmakers should be focused on assuring the public that existing laws will be enforced instead of working to help Obama pass an Amnesty for illegal aliens that will ensure that America's borders and immigration laws are never enforced in the future."

Illegal immigration is rampant in America because existing border and immigration laws go unenforced or under-enforced by the Executive Branch despite US Constitutional requirements to enforce these laws and protect all states from invasion. A recent report cites that the Department of Homeland Security is barely responding to 1% of the calls they receive for action on illegal immigrants.

At this time, somewhere between 12-20 million illegal aliens freely roam the United States receiving employment, welfare benefits, and unverified voter registration with little or no fear of enforcement of existing immigration laws.

"It is ludicrous to believe that any legislation promising immigration law or border enforcement would be anything more than the lies we have already been fed!" said William Gheen. "Congress and the Obama administration need to focus on finding these missing 1 million foreigners and detaining the ones who intend harm before they can act, instead of rushing legislation that will prevent us from taking action."
