Lou Dobbs May Run For President or Senate
Date: Monday, November 23 @ 10:48:25 EST Topic: Lou Dobbs CNN Anchor
Friends of ALIPAC,
I just received a call from a Fox News reporter who was interested in our website www.LouDobbsForPresident.org The world may be coming to see this site soon so you might want to visit and show your support.
She has informed me that during a radio interview this morning Lou
Dobbs announced that his team is looking into a possible run for
President or US Senate. If Lou Dobbs were to run for US Senate in his
home state of New Jersey, it would be against US Senator Robert
Menendez (D-NJ). Menendez is the chief fundraiser for Senate Democrats
in the country and a former mayor of Union City.

For those of you who are new to ALIPAC's e-mail alerts, we launched a
fan website for Lou Dobbs in 2008 after John McCain won the Republican
primary and become the GOP nominee for President.
ALIPAC supporters were horrified by McCain's win because John
McCain became the GOP's most notorious supporter of Amnesty for illegal
aliens when he worked hand in hand with Ted Kennedy to try and pass
Amnesty bills in 2006 and 2007.
Since both McCain and Obama had the exact same anti-American
stances on immigration issues and both were supporting the exact same
Globalist amnesty legislation, we called on Lou Dobbs to run for
President. We figured that even if Lou did not run he could use the
support since he was under heavy attack for standing up and speaking
out against illegal immigration.
In fact, we predicted the likely outcome for Lou Dobbs if he did
not run for President in 2008 to provide voters with a candidate who
stood with them against illegal immigration. You can see on our website
in our open letter to Mr. Dobbs from Feb. 20, 2008 where it asks...
"How long do you expect to retain your current pulpit should we fail to restore citizen control of our government, Mr. Dobbs?"

We are moving today to touch up, update, and revamp our Lou Dobbs fan site due to the new attention it is about to receive.
Lou Dobbs needs all the support we can give him right now.
If Lou Dobbs were to announce a run for President or US Senate it
woul demoralize our opposition groups such as La Raza and MALDEF. Mr.
Dobbs would again be in a position where he could influence the
national debate about illegal immigration, Globalism, and the US
Economy. A Lou Dobbs for President campaign would also decrease the
chances that Amnesty for illegal aliens could pass and would increase
the chances that states would pass more enforcement legislation. Who
knows, perhaps even Obama would increase immigration enforcement
measures with Lou Dobbs coming after him in 2012. Dobbs could easily
clobber Menedez in 2012 in NJ with a well organized and well financed
campaign.
A Lou Dobbs run for President would re-energize the immigration
enforcement movement and provide new hope to Americans that feel
trapped by these sellouts in Washington.
