Are you ready to stop Amnesty and sweep Congress? Saturday, February 06 @ 09:35:34 EST by admin (467 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC,
We are off to a roaring start in 2010. We have the illegal aliens and
their supporters in a desperate panic and in complete disarray, despite
their massive multi-million dollar operations designed to ramrod
Amnesty in 2010!
With your help, ALIPAC stands ready to completely defeat Amnesty
once again and lead the way for historic change in Washington this
November!
Our combined efforts have lawmakers trying to distance themselves
from the Obama/Gutierrez Amnesty bill (H.R. 4321) while candidates for
Congress rush to proclaim their opposition to amnesty and support for
enforcement!

Illegal Immigration will be one of the top issues fueling a historic
political backlash in the 2010 elections and Americans for Legal
Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is launching their endorsement campaigns early
this cycle with an unprecedented 65 candidates from 17 states in the
first wave.
This initial group of endorsed candidates represent incumbents in
Congress that ALIPAC has supported in 2006 or 2008 and challengers the
organization supported in 2008 that lost by narrow margins. Candidates
are selected and endorsed, if ALIPAC's research indicates they are
aligned with the popular views of voters on immigration issues as
measured by scientific and certified polls archived at alipac. us,
which indicate a super majority of Americans support immigration and
border enforcement instead of comprehensive path to citizenship
amnesty.

ALIPAC Launches Battle of the States 2010! Wednesday, January 27 @ 12:13:08 EST by admin (781 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC,
Over the last five years our greatest victories in the fight against
illegal immigration has come in the states. We have a win ratio of over
95%, where we have engaged the illegal aliens and their supporters on
state legislation, with over 35 states having passed some form of
immigration enforcement legislation.
The illegals rarely win against us in the state and our victories
have been so strong in some states such as Arizona, Oklahoma, Georgia,
and South Carolina that there are media, activists, and governmental
reports of mass exoduses of illegal aliens.
We know that illegal immigration is caused by the non-enforcement of
our existing immigration laws. When states take actions to enforce
those laws, many illegals "migrate" away!
We must move swiftly and we need thousands of you to spring into action quickly by joining ALIPAC's Battle Of The States 2010!

ALIPAC's Official Letter to the Nebraska Senate Friday, January 22 @ 11:26:33 EST by williamg (427 reads) | January 21, 2010
Senator ______:
I remember when word first reached us that Nebraska became the first
state in the last five years to pass a bill giving in-state tuition to
illegal aliens!
What a shock since there had been hardly any public notice or
debate. The bill was slipped by us and we could have stopped it as we
have done in over 20 states in the last five years, since approximately
80% of Americans oppose the damnable legislation.
We are very happy to see that the Nebraska
Senate is taking steps to quickly rectify this grave injustice against
the innocent taxpayers in your state.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is thanking their national
supporters for their donations of time and funds to the Scott Brown for
U.S. Senate campaign and pointing out that this historic win may
destroy the chances of amnesty for illegal aliens passing in 2010.
"The Brown victory not only breaks the Democratic 60 vote hold on
the U.S. Senate needed for cloture votes, but it sends a clear message
that voters prefer pro-enforcement candidates instead of pro-amnesty
candidates." said William Gheen, president of ALIPAC. "We will be
working hard to defeat the Amnesty legislation filed in Congress and to
repeat the Brown-Coakley scenario in hundreds of races this November."
Illegal immigration became a top issue in the Massachusetts Senate
campaign, with Scott Brown issuing a statement that he opposed amnesty
and taxpayer benefits for illegal immigrants and favored tougher
enforcement measures. Brown had a background opposing illegal alien
amnesty measures as a state Senator.

ALIPAC Should Haitians Illegally in U.S. Get "Protected Status"? Friday, January 15 @ 14:46:42 EST by williamg (515 reads) | Critics: TPS for Haitians a Slippery Slope to Amnesty
As aid workers scramble to house and feed thousands of Haitians
affected by Tuesday's earthquake, the Obama administration is grappling
with how to process thousands of illegal Haitian immigrants whom U.S.
authorities had planned to send home.
The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement said Wednesday that they are halting all
deportations to Haiti indefinitely. But the agencies have not, however,
granted temporary protective status to Haitians living illegally in the
United States, despite mounting calls to do so.

SPLC Lies Get Salon Magazine and Mike Madden In Hot Water Thursday, January 14 @ 13:25:29 EST by admin (900 reads) | January 14, 2009

A liberally biased reporter for Salon.com, Mike Madden, attempted to
run to the aid of the Martha Coakley's campaign yesterday after
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) endorsed and contributed
to the Scott Brown for U.S. Senate campaign in Massachusetts.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is a national organization with
over 30,000 supporters that endorses hundreds of federal candidates
each election cycle. The group's mission is to represent the wishes of
the 80% of Americans, found in multiple scientific and certified polls,
who favor immigration enforcement instead of amnesty. ALIPAC makes
overt, repeated, and documented efforts to be inclusive of Americans of
all races, political parties, denominations, and walks of life.
ALIPAC's President, William Gheen, has a background in civil rights
campaigns from the 1990s. The group is also supported by many LEGAL
immigrants.
"We do all we can to represent the 80% found in those
pro-enforcement readings in the polls," said Gheen. "We know that the
majority of blacks and Hispanics, as well as the majority of Democrats,
favor enforcement over Amnesty. Our goal is to unify so we face
constant false attacks on our organization's character from
unscrupulous writers like Mike Madden of Salon.com"

Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC) is
endorsing Scott Brown for US Senate today due to his campaign's focus
on the issue of the illegal immigration and his opponent Martha
Coakley's support for Amnesty for illegal aliens.
ALIPAC is one of the nation's largest multi-ethnic and non-partisan
grassroots organizations dedicated to opposing illegal immigration and
amnesty for illegals, while supporting the enforcement of America's
existing immigration laws and borders.
"Scott Brown has publicly stated he opposes Amnesty for illegal
aliens while Coakley has state she supports Amnesty," said William
Gheen President of ALIPAC. "His vote in opposition to Amnesty will be
needed in a few weeks as President Obama, with Democrats in the Senate
and House, and a handful of misguided Republicans attempt to pass new
Amnesty legislation."

Americans Defeat Illegals & In-state tuition in NJ! Monday, January 11 @ 20:25:30 EST by admin (6769 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC and Members of the National Media!
We are pleased to report that American citizens have triumphed over
illegal aliens and their supporters in New Jersey tonight by defeating
S1036 and A194 which would have granted in-state tuition benefits to
illegal aliens.
The first immigration-related legislative battle of 2010 has been
won by the pro-enforcement Americans who reflect the will of
approximately 80% of the nation's legal citizenry.
"This makes about the 20th time we have helped to defeat this
aspect of the Globalist plans to restructure America since 2005," said
William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC.
"Citizen activism has helped defeat in-state tuition for illegals in
every state except for two in the last five years, since we defeated
the measure in North Carolina."
In-state tuition for illegal immigrants is part of a Globalist plan
to build an economic block in North America that integrates populations
and suppresses Americans using hyper legal immigration and rampant
illegal immigration as a nation building tool.

ALIPAC's 2009 Accomplishments! Friday, January 08 @ 12:11:07 EST by admin (583 reads) | Here is a partial list of ALIPAC's accomplishments for the year 2009.
We do a list like this every year to show our existing and potential supporters what we do and how our efforts work.
2009 was a very tough year and we had to play defense a lot more than
prior years due to the momentum created for illegal aliens and their
supporters by the election of Barack Obama and larger numbers of
Democrats across the nation. Despite the difficulties, we did slow or
stall their advance and we look forward to the near future when the
pro-enforcement side of this debate returns to political offense.
We want to thank every volunteer and donor that made these efforts
possible and a success in 2009. Each year we get stronger and can
accomplish more. 2009 was ALIPAC's 5th full year of operations fighting
against illegal immigration and for more border security and
immigration enforcement.

The national organization, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, is
deploying activists from across America into an effort to stop in-state
tuition for illegal aliens in New Jersey as some state lawmakers there
rush to pass the unpopular legislation before Governor Jon Corzine
leaves office and is replaced by a governor who would veto the bills.
"This is a classic example of lawmakers who support illegal aliens
more than American citizens, using an underhanded tactic to provide
taxpayer benefits to illegal immigrants at the expense of innocent
Americans," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Many New Jersey
citizens voted against Governor Corzine due to his support for this
legislation. Polls show that about 80% of Americans oppose in-state
tuition for illegals, but some legislators apparently don't care about
the American public anymore."

National RED ALERT! Wednesday, January 06 @ 10:51:53 EST by admin (410 reads) | All ALIPAC Activists!
Please take immediate action.
The illegal alien supporters are making a major underhanded move in New
Jersey today which could have a major impact on all states and the push
to pass Amnesty.
For those of you who are new to ALIPAC, please understand that when
a state battle arises ALIPAC activists from every state focus our
energies into the hot zone. This is done for three reasons. One, it
allows us to focus our power when hundreds of lawmakers must be
contacted in a short period of time. Two, what happens in one state
affects other state battles and the national effort. Three, your state
may need help from others next.

New Year Resolution To Know More and Do More Wednesday, December 30 @ 13:14:19 EST by admin (738 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC,
Happy New Year to you and your family!
Next year is going to be a fierce battle to save America and once again
we will be fighting Amnesty legislation beginning in January, while
gathering up our candidates for the march to November 2010!
A lot of D.C. insiders are going to lose their jobs in 2010, with
our help! We will have to fight on many fronts at once. We will be
going on the offense with state legislation again, after playing a year
of defense in 2009. We will be going on offense with our Congressional
candidates against corrupt incumbent politicians who have sold out to
the Globalists. We will be playing fierce defense against the new
Amnesty push.
We would like all of our supporters, especially folks that have
joined our e-mail alerts in the past year to know some important things

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is asking their more than
30,000 national supporters to contact their members of Congress today
to demand immediate Congressional investigations to determine why the
Department of Homeland Security is continuing to give valid U.S. visas
to millions of people on the terrorism watch lists, including the
Detroit Flight 253 bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
ALIPAC called for the termination or resignation of Homeland
Security Chief Janet Napolitano earlier this year, when it was
discovered her department was instructing police officers to scrutinize
Americans concerned about popular issues such as illegal immigration,
taxes, and government spending as possible domestic terrorists.
Napolitano's "advisories" to police were based on strange Internet
blogs and political sources, instead of traditionally accepted law
enforcement methods.

Merry Christmas from ALIPAC Thursday, December 24 @ 15:34:44 EST by admin (673 reads) | Friends of ALIPAC,
All of us here at Americans for Legal Immigration PAC want to wish you and your families a very merry Christmas!
We've fought very hard this year and owe so many of you a great deal of gratitude for your support and efforts.
This Christmas is proving to be a very tough time for many of you due
to the bad economy, poor health, and the crazy things going on in
Washington.
Our prayers go out to all of you who are struggling and facing hard
times this year. We'll all be saying a prayer for you and our country.
Christmas is a time when we are reminded of miracles, the promise of
goodness and hope in dark times and tough trials. It is a time when we
remember the spirit and faith that has guided us to the place in
history we are today.
With our celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, we can all think
back to the hardships Joseph and Mary faced traveling so far to
Bethlehem to pay a heavy tax to the government. Can our modern minds
truly fathom natural childbirth in a manger full of livestock?
