According to police, he was robbing and pillaging when he left a DNA sample for crime scene investigators investigating a routine house break-in. That DNA led to a match on a string of rapes where some kind of human monster crawled in through doors and windows in early morning hours donned in a ski mask with a pistol to rape women who were alone.
Winston-Salem Police have charged 24 year old Gilberto Cruz Hernandez with 6-9 sexual assaults, rapes, and home invasions! Authorities have told the public that Hernandez has had previous encounters with law enforcement. What they have not told the public yet is shocking.
Hernandez is an illegal alien and he has been deported twice already! According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources he was deported in 1997 from South Carolina and in 2002 from Arizona. We do not know what other crimes he was charged with that led to his prior deportations.
We now know that Hernandez is a twice deported illegal alien thanks to an Americans for Legal Immigration citizen activist we call "Bootsie". Bootsie is a regular user of our Discussion Groups on the www.ALIPAC.us website. She spotted the pattern that we activists read about across America almost everyday… The pattern of invaders that rape and pillage. We would not have this information if it were not for her persistence and hard work. She pestered law enforcement, government officials, and reporters, until the truth finally surfaced. After all, this monster was found in Bootsie's home turf of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Our hats are off to her and her hard work to bring this needed knowledge out.
Hernandez is clearly an invader and he is charged with the equivalent of rape and pillage and these are only the crimes we know about. It is hard to imagine how many more victims of this man may be out there suffering.
According to the information we have, Hernandez is charged with crimes where he watched and waited and snuck in via the unsecured borders of American homes just like he crossed our nations unsecured borders at least three times.
Is anyone really surprised he did not stop his crime spree after entering America as a criminal? By what glorious exercise of Kool Aid drinking positive imagination should we assume that illegal aliens will enter the nation illegally, steal someone's identity, go to a job that it is illegal for them to have and suddenly their criminal behavior past that point will cease?
Certainly, most illegal aliens to not turn out to be serial rapists but there is clearly a crime culture at work here. Also, since illegal aliens enter America without background checks then we get twice deported home invading rapists that find our society and our law enforcement systems easy to exploit.
Our opponents like to say, "Well Americans commit these crimes too so what's the big deal?" The big deal is that almost every crime committed by an illegal alien is a preventable crime.
A crime committed by an illegal alien is both a preventable crime and a crime committed by someone that should have never been in our country in the first place.
Our borders should be secured where monsters that commit the crimes Hernandez is accused of are stopped at the border. The ones that make it through our border security should not receive driver licenses courtesy of the Raleigh Democrats. They should not be given jobs and they should be detected by and deported by local law enforcement.
The families of these victims will know the anguish we are trying to convey to the public. The government is failing our citizens on its most fundamental responsibilities to protect our citizens from obvious threats like Hernandez and from invasion (Article 4, US Constitution)
How much longer do you think our citizens will sit still and watch our loved ones and fellow Americans raped, robbed, and butchered by illegal alien invaders that are here to rape, pillage, and exploit?
Good work Bootsie. Let's hope the public is as upset as we are and let's hope that the politicians on the local, state, and federal level start doing their jobs soon by enforcing our existing immigration laws by securing our borders, cutting off benefits, and empowering local police to protect our citizens!
