Employer Assistance
Employers that intentionally hire illegal labor take unfair advantage over their law abiding competitors, stick the taxpayer with a huge bill, and break the law. A business can be heavily damaged by being caught or suspected of hiring illegal labor. Many employers face heavy fines and prison time for breaking these laws. As public concern and enforcement measures increase, businesses will need to do more. Here are some tips and methods that can help business owners assure their labor is legal. If you have solid evidence one of your competitors is using illegal labor, please visit the "law enforcement" section of the action panel to call in a report.

Tips and FAQs
Does your business or industry have a Political Action Committee (PAC)? If they do, please monitor which candidates and causes they support and oppose. Consumers are now taking action to avoid industry PACs that work against the will of the public. Make sure your PAC does not support law makers that support illegal immigration.
