The border security group ALIPAC is praising Congress's historic vote to hold Obama's Department of Justice head Eric Holder in contempt of Congress today due to Holder's failure to provide subpoenaed information regarding the Fast and Furious Gunwalker scandal, which used US Taxpayer monies to purchase assault weapons for human and drug smuggling crime cartels.

In response to the Congressional Black Caucus's walk out during the vote, ALIPAC offered this response.

"It was sad to see so many Democrats and minority members of Congress put partisanship and race before the public's demand for justice today," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "As Americans, we should put justice before race and partisanship, and when multiple agencies under control of the Executive Branch are caught using taxes to buy guns for illegal alien paramilitaries invading the US, then Congress must take action. Regardless of whether the President is white or black, a Republican or Democrat, justice must be served!"

Today's vote was historic because this is the first time in the history of America that a sitting member of the President's cabinet has been held in contempt by Congress.

ALIPAC's over 40,000 national supporters have been encouraged to lobby Congress for 17 months with intense calling over the last few days in support of the contempt charges.

ALIPAC has built and manages the world's largest archive of online information about the Fast and Furious Gunwalker Scandal, illegal immigration, illegal immigrants, border security, violence in Mexico, and legislation for or against illegal immigrants found at www.ALIPAC.us

ALIPAC has led the charge calling for justice for the family of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and for criminal charges against all elected officials, appointed officials, federal employees, US citizens, and illegal immigrants involved with the Fast and Furious Gunwalker scandal since January of 2011.

ALIPAC has worked for 17 months to educate the American public, lawmakers, and media about the severity of the Fast and Furious Gunwalker scandal.

"We have come a long way against heavy resistance and massive censorship on this issue," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Today, the American public is starting to learn how deep the rabbit hole goes! We will not stop until all of those responsible for using American tax dollars to assist an invading force of murderous illegal immigrant drug smugglers are brought to justice. Only the Lord knows how many innocent American and Mexican citizens are maimed or dead because of this deep betrayal within our own government. It is time to stand up for justice and return Constitutional governance to America."

Congress voted to hold Eric Holder in contempt by a strong vote of 255 to 67.

ALIPAC is encouraging Congress to move forward with criminal charges and possible impeachment charges against Barack Obama if necessary to pursue justice on this matter and to rebuke the Executive Branch from acting far outside of American laws and the US Constitution on several matters involving illegal immigration, drug cartels, and border security.

Eric Holder left DC for Disney World during today's vote, and will be addressing the illegal immigrant amnesty supporting League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) during a convention at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
