• ALIPAC Issues Warning and Advisory on DC March for Jobs

    Friends of ALIPAC,

ALIPAC DOES NOT ENDORSE NOR DO WE SUPPORT NOR WILL WE BE ATTENDING THE DC MARCH FOR JOBS. WE DO ISSUE AN ADVISORY THAT WE HAVE LOOKED INTO THE DC BASED GROUPS BEHIND THIS EVENT AND ATTEMPTED TO WORK WITH THEM IN GOOD FAITH, BUT HAVE EXPERIENCED SEVERE DIFFICULTIES, SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM THE DC BASED PEOPLE INVOLVED, AND ENCOUNTERED NUMEROUS MISLEADING and FALSE STATEMENTS. THESE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCES COMBINED WITH THE LEGACY OF WELL FINANCED DC OPERATIVES SEEKING TO MISLEAD MOVEMENTS OF THE PAST LEADS US TO ISSUE AN ADVISORY WARNING TO ALL TO BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT DEALINGS WITH DC MARCH FOR JOBS, PROGRESSIVES FOR IMMIGRATION REFORM, and the BLACK AMERICAN LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE. Our Advisory does not extend to the activists, lawmakers, and media leaders that have been approached by these new well financed DC based groups specifically listed in this alert.
    ----

We would like to thank everyone who helped with our recent funds drive once again. Your commitment to our cause means a lot to us, and we will be working hard to make every day count as we fight against the Obama backed nation destroying "immigration reform" bill that is very likely to pass Congress in 2013!

For those of you who have recently joined, please remember that ALIPAC has been fighting on your behalf for almost 9 years. We have led the largest coalition efforts in the history of the "secure borders" movement, and we represent the third largest national organization on this issue. Our archives of information at www.ALIPAC.us are the largest collection of information about the negative consequences of illegal immigration in America in existence!

ALIPAC Is Not Supporting the "DC March for Jobs"

We correctly mentioned in an earlier e-mail that we had been invited to speak at the July 15 "DC March for Jobs" that is being organized by a new group called the Black American Leadership Alliance. Many activists and group leaders we have worked with before are getting on board with this march and many joined after ALIPAC put out a positive mention of this event in an earlier email.

As of today, we have been invited to speak at this event twice and our invitation to speak has been rescinded twice! We have discovered a lot of conflicting and disturbing information coming out of the Washington, DC, based leadership on this march which appears to include people who have never appeared on our radar before now despite our intensive work and cooperation on this issue for 9 years. In fact, we have recently been informed that this group is purposely trying to avoid any of the well established groups to create a new front against the amnesty bill. This is part of the last message we received in the e-mail rescinding our second invitation to speak...

"Given our goal of orchestrating an event outside of the more well established groups in the movement, our plan will be to recognize from the podium any VIP leaders in the movement who are in attendance. We plan to point to these folks in the crowd, thank them for their past and future contributions, and to ask for a round of applause for their long-standing leadership on the immigration issue. My goal will be to put forth the concept that the Black American Leadership Alliance is an emerging group of voices that have come together to stand up and be heard from. I would like to personally invite you to the rally to be among that VIP crowd recognized from the podium, rather than make a presentation. I apologize for this change of plan but the approach of creating an organic event outside the regular movement has always been the purpose of this event." (Entire Email available upon request)

This e-mail was received Sunday, July 7, from Leah Durant of "Progressives for Immigration Reform."

While we have not determined where all of this money is coming from to promote the DC March for Jobs under the leadership of Leah Durant, we have learned that Leah Durant's husband is a current employee of Eric Holder and Barack Obama's US Department of Justice.

Of interesting note, none of the other activists and leaders I have spoken to can recall being told that the purpose of this event was to create something 'organic' outside of the existing main groups fighting against amnesty prior to this email we are releasing.

This new information explaining why no tried, true, and trusted illegal immigration and amnesty fighting groups are currently on the speaking roster is very concerning to us, especially with the acute amount of conflicting information we have received from these organizers. We have even heard disparaging comments from the DC based leaders on this March directed at other leaders and activists whom we have seen working hard against amnesty before these new groups and events emerged.

We urge everyone to be very very cautious about new Washington, DC, based "leadership" on this issue. Right now, a lot of people want to be supportive of a DC March and minority involvement in the issue because, on the surface, that sounds great. It sounds just like what the vast majority of us support! Using things that the elites know we support is a core strategy of theirs to pass amnesty in 2013.

But let us be honest here. We have all been lied to and betrayed on a regular basis regarding this push for Amnesty for illegal aliens. The elites are in a well financed, well planned position and they have made it clear they will use any underhanded or deceptive tactic they feel is necessary to pass this bill. Just look into the front group "Americans for a Conservative Direction," funded by liberal Democrats in Silicone Valley that are spending more than 4 million dollars running deceptive ads claiming that S. 744 is simply an border enforcement bill, to understand how organized the efforts to mislead all Americans are at this time!

In the case of the Tea Party movement, a few well funded and organized DC based groups quickly moved to place themselves at the head of the Tea Party parade and invited everyone to DC and paid for the travel, lodging, and meals of key leaders they sought to woo to their organizations. In the end we discovered that many of these groups like traitor Grover Norquist's "Americans for Tax Reform" and Dick Armey's "FreedomWorks" all support amnesty for illegal aliens despite the fact more than 90% of the Tea Party supporters do not!

And what we see happening today around the DC March for Jobs has an eerily similar flavor to it. New leaders are emerging and inviting in activists and groups from the amnesty fighting movement while being careful to skirt the major trusted groups on this issue.

They are offering to pay for buses to transport people to DC and travel and lodging costs for their guest speakers. Of important note, ALIPAC turned down offers to pay for anything for us when these offers were made to us twice!

Of course, when we caution you against new DC groups spending large sums of money to "organize" you, we of course do not mean the well established groups like NumbersUSA that have proven they are on the side of the public on these issues.

While each of you can make up your own minds about this "DC March for Jobs" on July 15, 2013, please make note that this event does not rise to the standards of ALIPAC's approval, support, or endorsement.

Sorry to have to share the bad news folks, but we feel it is best considering the circumstances.
