    It is our understanding that it is the responsibility of the FBI to protect American citizens from both violations of civil rights and cybercrimes. Our political organization has suffered from both and we are publicly calling on you to take swift action to secure justice.

    On Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 1:15pm we received a shocking email from Google Inc. sent from account-misc-noreply@google.com to my primary email account of the last seven years WilliamG@alipac.us We actually received two of these emails, one at 1:15pm EST and one at 1:28pm.

    These emails stated, "We've received a request to change the email address associated with your Google Account from: williamg@alipac.us to: billyxtc@hushmail.com If you initiated this request, you don't need to take any further action. If you didn't request an email change and you think someone may be using your account, please visit the Google Accounts Help Center at 'Google email change verification' message - Accounts Help
    to learn how to reset your password.

    If you're still unable to access your account, please click the
    'fill out this form' link on the Help Center article. If clicking the link above doesn't work, copy and paste the URL in a new browser window instead.     We never authorized this change to our account with Google and YouTube which we have had for the last 4 years. Within a short period of time our YouTube account had been accessed by a political opponent, defaced, and over 100 videos representing our free political speech and issue advocacy were removed. At the time of this open letter to the FBI, Google Inc. and YouTube have not responded to our numerous online form contacts, calls, faxes, and certified letters to restore our accounts.

    We believe that the attacker may have been aided by a Google or YouTube employee, possibly even H1B visa-holding immigrant workers as we have seen such immigrant workers for Google conspiring against our organization on pro Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty websites in the past.

    All Americans suffer when our political processes are damaged by those who would use false, deceptive, and illegal tactics to silence a nationally registered and recognized political organization using online tools to educate the public and organize citizens in the peaceful political pursuit of justice for illegal aliens under the current laws of the United States.

    Please have the field office for North Carolina contact me to launch an investigation to determine the identities of those responsible for this attack on our YouTube account at ALIPAC1's Channel - YouTube I have spoken with Hushmail and they have retained the electronic records you will need to locate the creator of the fictitious email account BillyXTC@hushmail.com used in this attack.

    Next week we plan to begin asking congressional offices that we work with to contact you on our behalf encouraging you to take action on this matter.

    In the past, our websites have been attacked and pro illegal immigration activists have openly called for my assassination. We have never been able to get any assistance from the FBI although our political opponents with groups like the National Council of La Raza, El Pueblo, MALDEF, and LULAC appear to get immediate assistance from federal law enforcement leading to successful prosecutions whenever they receive threatening emails and calls.

    We are highlighting this disparity in law enforcement responses with this open letter and asking you to please give American citizens like us, who represent the interests and majority views of the American citizenry, the same kind of law enforcement assistance afforded to the groups supporting the illegal immigrant invasion of America.

    We look forward to being contacted by your investigating agents and a successful apprehension of those responsible for this attack on our YouTube account and video materials in the immediate future.

      I Sincerley HOPE they LISTEN & TAKE ACTION AGAINST ILLEGALS!!, Its been FAR TOO LONG since America has been For the AMERICAN people, Seems nowadays that illegal immigrants have more rights and opportunities than we do!
      The government and its Lack of Aggresion on Illegals is OUTRAGEOUS and should NEVER have been acceptable!
      Now look at this country...Shame is the only word...
      They Have to Take away ALL "Rewards" for Illegals i.e (Amnesty, Dream Act, Birthright Citizenship etc)..Alll that HAS to be HISTORY...

      Our 14th admendment does not grant automatic citizenship to baby's born of mother's who are here on visa's or illegally, only our government has allowed it to be by twisting it to thier benefit because its the only way most elected officials can get elected; via the illegal voters. Here is a link to a web site I found during my research that has two Supreme court rulings about the "original intent" of the 14th admendment. The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution - Fourteenth Amendment - anchor babies and birthright citizenship - interpretations and misinterpretations - US Constitution. The key point in the rulings says the "parents status determines the citizenship the the child", which means if the parent is illegal so is their child(ren). The rulings maybe from the 1800's but they are just as valid today as the day they were made.
