Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is endorsing Joe Kaufman for US Congress today in Florida's 23rd Congressional District in his bid against illegal alien Amnesty supporter Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.

Joe Kaufman has made fighting illegal immigration a central issue in his campaign. He has vowed to enforce America's existing immigration and border laws instead of pursuing any form of Amnesty for illegal aliens which would only lead to more illegal immigration in the future.

"Joe Kaufman understands that Amnesty instead of enforcement will create a new block of illegal alien voters in America that would destroy any hopes of future border or immigration enforcement in America," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We applaud Joe Kaufman's decision to stand with the vast majority of Americans of every race and political party who want more done to stop and reverse illegal immigration through law enforcement."

Joe Kaufman has joined hundreds of federal candidates who have completed ALIPAC's candidate survey since 2004. In the survey, Joe Kaufman indicates his support for ending the Department of Justice lawsuits against states like Arizona and South Carolina that are trying to enforce existing federal immigration laws on the state level. Kaufman has also indicated he opposes Amnesty for illegal aliens, including Obama's recent attempt to create Amnesty via dictatorial orders. Those orders were issued by executive memo to ICE Director John Morton and included instructions to refrain from deporting most illegal aliens in America.

Joe Kaufman faces the incumbent Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in November.Wasserman-Schultz supports Amnesty for illegal immigrants, which is opposed by more than 66% of American voters according to scientific national polls.

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz has also received an F- grade on immigration matters from the national organization NumbersUSA which tracks the voting records of members of Congress. According to NumbersUSA, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz has voted in support of the Dream Act and Agjobs Amnesty for illegal aliens legislation while voting against funding for border fencing, border patrol training.

For voters who are concerned about the issue of illegal immigration, Joe Kaufman is clearly the superior choice over Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.

ALIPAC is adding Joe Kaufman as the 142nd endorsed candidate for 2012 and will be encouraging members to vote, donate and volunteer for the Joe Kaufman Campaign found on the web at www.kaufmanforcongress.com
