ALIPAC is calling on Congress to slow down the amnesty legislation (S.744) and to change its legislative focus from amnesty for illegal immigrants to more enforcement and security for Americans in light of the most recent immigration related terrorism attacks.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is questioning the "Gang of 8" US Senators to explain how their 844 page Immigration Reform Amnesty legislation would help to deter or prevent more immigration law security breaches, immigrant attacks, and murders of US citizens by foreign nationals.

America's current immigration laws and systems failed the American public in regards to the April 15 terrorist bombings in Boston that killed 3 people and injured at least 130 when recent Chechen immigrants Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev detonated improvised explosive devices (IEDs). These Muslim brothers entered the US from a region known for violent religious and political extremism.

Tamerlan should have been deported from the United States after a domestic violence conviction in 2009, and Dzhokhar was sworn in as a US citizen a few months back on 9/11 of 2012! Tamerlan was spared deportation by new directives from the Obama administration calling for immigration enforcement authorities to disregard current laws that say illegal aliens and legal immigrants are to be deported if they commit crimes in the US.

"It is clear that our government is not adequately enforcing our borders and immigration laws despite numerous losses of American lives in response to their failures! The new plan to increase legal immigration levels beyond their current historic highs by 50% could lead to even more lax security and losses!" said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "We need Congress to change their focus from granting legal status to millions of illegals and put the focus on protecting the taxes, votes, jobs, property, and lives of Americans from those coming into America to harm us in many ways."

The Boston bombers were not deported or detected under our current immigration laws and the Obama administration despite sweeping privacy invasions authorized after 9/11 via the Patriot Act. The Obama administration also failed to take preventative actions against the American born son of Palestinian immigrants Major Nadal Malik Hasan who killed 14 and wounded more than 30 US soldiers on November 5, 2009.

The Muslim terrorists of 9/11 evaded current immigration laws and were not deported when detected violating other laws by local police. That lack of adequate security and enforcement of current laws facilitated the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.

    The DC Sniper
Lee Boyd Malvo was an illegal immigrant arrested by local police who turned him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who in turn set him free without deportation thus facilitating the DC Sniper attacks that killed 10 people.

Thousands of people are being killed by illegal immigrants on US soil each year due to the grotesquely under-enforced existing immigration and border laws of the United States!

These atrocities committed against American families are being concealed and censored by the Associated Press and the Department of Homeland Security which has ordered local police to stop releasing the immigration status of suspects in an effort to tame public backlash against illegal immigration and amnesty legislation.

ALIPAC calls on Congress to slow down the amnesty legislation and to change focus from appeasement of illegal immigrants to enforcement and security for Americans in light of the most recent immigration related terrorism attacks. ALIPAC calls on the American media to begin honestly reporting the number of Americans killed by foreign nationals and illegal immigrants each year.
