On Friday, Greenville County sheriff’s deputies arrested Emmanuel Ignacio-Falcon, 25, after he reportedly broke into a home and sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl in her bedroom.

On August 16, Ignacio-Falcon climbed into the girl's bedroom window while she slept. He pinned the victim down, held his hand over her mouth to keep her from screaming and raped her, according to the arrest report.

Ignacio-Falcon has been charged with kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct and two counts of burglary. He is currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on an immigration detainer.
Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office believe that Ignacio-Falcon may be responsible for other assaults and are asking anyone who may be a victim to call 1-864-271-5210 and ask to speak with detectives.
