      It doesn't matter what we think, they will justify a way to let him stay. The bar will decide that many crimes are mitigated because of circumstances. Admitting him to the bar will show that his crime is mitigated because he wasn't the one who committed it initially. This man will then go on to defend or advocate for citizenship for illegal children. He knew he was illegal when he entered law school and so did the bar. This thing was setup so they could have a reason to pass a dream act....
