The national anti-illegal immigration group, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC), has activists visiting lawmakers in Washington, DC, today asking them to stand with America's current immigration and border laws instead of giving any form of amnesty to illegal immigrants.

The group is presenting copies of a new online petition, found at www.AgainstAmnesty.com, where the first 20,000 Americans have signed.

"Our goal in DC is to let GOP lawmakers know that those standing with our current laws and borders against amnesty will be supported by the more than 60% of Americans who oppose Obama and Boehner's immigration reform amnesty," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Our Republicans in Congress should be focused on holding Obama accountable instead of trying to rubber stamp his unConstitutional amnesty edicts!"

ALIPAC has identified 34 GOP members of Congress who are trying to help Obama and the Democrats pass amnesty for illegal aliens. These identified lawmakers will face significant challengers in the GOP primaries of 2014.

William Gheen of ALIPAC is visiting lawmakers with the group's message of enforcement instead of amnesty while activists from all 50 states call key lawmakers to thank them for standing up against the amnesty legislation.
