ALIPAC wants to know how many more tens of thousands of illegal immigrants being given defacto amnesty, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and Dream Act style amnesty in contradiction to numerous existing federal laws are also considering or planning terrorist actions on American soil like the illegal immigrant from Morocco the FBI just arrested?
"This illegal immigrant was allowed to roam freely in America despite several other criminal charges, and was planning to create an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and fly it into a school and federal building," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "It is clear that Obama's illegal policies protecting illegal immigrants from our existing laws passed by prior Congress members selected in previous elections is putting large numbers of American lives at risk!"
The FBI has just arrested El Mehdi Semlali Fahti, a 27 year old citizen of Morocco, who was originally cleared to legally immigrate on a student visa just like many of the 9/11 terrorists. Fahti became an illegal immigrant after his visa expired but then was allowed to stay in America for 7 years after falsely swearing under oath, falsifying declarations to a federal immigration judge, and flunking out of Virginia International University.
Morocco is a known stronghold of Al Qaeda and other terrorist training camps, and is where Facebook employs Islamic moderators, working for subcontractor company oDesk, where they have access to all Americans' personal information on Facebook, potentially giving a great deal of operational awareness to terrorists about our citizens.
CT Post's Michael P. Mayko reports on April 7 that, strikingly, El Fahti had been arrested in Virginia and California on theft and trespassing charges, but was still allowed to stay in America under Obama's policies despite federal laws that indicate he should have been deported before being able to forge his bombing plot!
El Fahti told FBI agents he was shocked an immigration judge bought his persecution story when seeking asylum and confirmed that the components he needed for his terrorism bombing plot were available to him near America's unsecured southern border.
"I've been telling people for years that if there is a terrorist on the Earth who wants to come to America to harm Americans who has not taken advantage of our unenforced border and immigration laws yet, they are probably too stupid for us to worry about," said William Gheen, mocking the lax immigration policies of Bush and Obama.
