    Short Answer

Has your campaign addressed the topic of illegal immigration in speeches, commercials, ads, or campaign materials? What are those messages? (Please provide sources or examples)
Yes, please see http://www.jenkins2004.com/stance.aspx? ... mmigration I just attended a Hispanic voter drive in Plano today in fact (10/10/04) where we discussed my views and spoke on the issue at length at a Candidates Forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters and the American Association of University Women last Thursday (10/07/04)

What do you feel your opponent’s stance on illegal immigration or immigration reform is or would be?
He claims he wants to stop it, but has not gotten anything accomplished because he is a loyal Republican under President Bush, who is not addressing the problem. As with most of his pledges, they fall far short of the rhetoric. One reason I’m running as an independent is to not be tied to political party or undue influence by people like the President or party heads, so I can truly represent the people of my district.

Have you been endorsed by or received contributions from any other immigration reform or illegal immigration reduction groups at this time?
    No.

Would you openly accept an endorsement and or contribution from ALIPAC?
    Yes
