    No kidding! No wonder Republicans are unhappy with the EPA these days. Geez. A 34% increase in funding for the EPA when we've closed thousands of manufacturing plants through Free Trade Treason and the Great Disaster? EPA doesn't need more money when we have less industry. And training "poor minorities" to build green and take toxic and often dangerous samples of contaminated soils and water??!! Are you kidding me??!

    This administration hates white people. There are more rich white people in the US and he wants to raid their bank accounts and REDISTRIBUTE their wealth to ANY minority he can. All govt programs to help people are only for minorities.
