16 undocumented immigrants, smugglers found at Phoenix home
Phoenix police responded to the scene of a drop house on Thursday night. Officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement and DPS Officers from Illegal Immigration Prevention and Apprehension Co-op Team also arrived to the home near 49th Avenue and Indian School Road. Reports of the drop house came after an undocumented male immigrant was brought into the United States illegally by a group of human smugglers. The smugglers then sold the man to another group of human smugglers.
