Authorities arrest 3 in rollover that killed 4 apparent entrants

Authorities arrested three people Friday, including a Mexican citizen they suspect was the driver of a stolen truck loaded with suspected illegal border crossers that rolled over late Wednesday near Sonoita.
Four people were killed, and 17 others were injured in the rollover.
Federal authorities arrested the driver, Fernando Montes Carrillo, 31; Juan Carlos Pineda Navarro, 19, a U.S. citizen who they say was driving a second truck involved in the case; and David Ezquiel Tellez Gutierrez, 31, a Mexican citizen who is suspected of being a conspirator, according a criminal complaint issued by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
The men will face a host of charges for their role in smuggling 21 illegal entrants, including smuggling illegal entrants for financial gain and for their involvement in the deaths of four, the complaint said.
The Mexican Consulate in Tucson didn't have positive identifications on the four men who died but said they were between the ages of 20 and 30, according to Alejandro Ramos Cardoso of the consulate.
Of the eight victims who were taken to University Medical Center, five men and one woman were in serious condition, one man was in fair condition and one man was discharged, hospital spokesman George Humphrey said.
Ramos Cardoso said two others injured in the crash who were at Tucson Medical Center were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.
The U.S. Attorney's Office complaint said the following occurred late Wednesday night:
At around 11:45 p.m. about two miles north of the border, Border Patrol agents patrolling Elgin Road spotted two trucks entering a known area for human smuggling.
Montes Carrillo tried to flee from the agents in the truck he was driving and lost control and rolled, causing the deaths of the four men and injuries to the 17 others.
The second truck, allegedly driven by Pineda Navarro, the complaint said, attempted to turn around and flee but was caught by Border Patrol agents.
Santa Cruz County Sheriff Tony Estrada said his deputies have been working with federal authorities on the case. Santa Cruz County sheriff's deputies arrested Pineda Navarro and turned him over to federal authorities.

Send the hospital bills and the cost of the entire process to Vicente Fox and tell him he's going to start paying out of his treasuries not ours the cost of his citizens entering our country illegally.

Period.

If he doesn't, freeze all bank wires to Mexico indefintely.
