3 Believed Killed in Matamoros Shootout

MATAMOROS, MEXICO - There's a deadly shootout in Matamoros that has lasted a few hours.

It started around 3 Tuesday afternoon around the HEB and Wal-Mart. It's believed three people died in the shootouts and there have been a few injuries.

The shootings are between the federal police and the cartels. Cartel members set up blockades during the violence.
