8,000 Felonious Illegal Aliens for Deportations were Released for Past 2 Years
8,000 Felonious Illegal Aliens for Deportations were Released for Past 2 Years

2001 U.S. Supreme Court paved
the way for felonious criminal illegal immigrants
to roam the streets
2001 U.S. Supreme Court Ruling Allowed 8,000 Felonious Criminal Illegal Aliens Ordered for Deportations, were Released for the Past Two Years, Home Countries Refused to take them back:
For the love of illegal immigrants and even criminal ones, San Francisco hacking massacre, revealed that thousands more of un-deportable and felonious criminal illegal aliens are roaming free in the U.S.
San Francisco Mass hacker, Binh Thai Luc, a very dangerous criminal illegal immigrant, hacked 5 people to death, who once served 8 years in the state pen for armed robbery of a restaurant in San Jose, was released to roam free, because his home country, Vietnam refused to take him back on U.S. 2006 deportation orders.
A little known 2001 U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowed dangerous illegal alien felons to roam free, and about the nation, even if their home nation refused them when their sentences were over.
This same Supreme Court ruling ordered the federal and state governments, to only detain criminal illegal aliens, six months after their sentences were over and then release them among the public. In 2005, the U.S. Supreme court expanded more protections for illegal aliens.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, 8,000 criminal illegal aliens ordered for deportations, were released within the past two years, because their home countries refused to take them back.
Why weren't the people told about this? It is now, the scope of disasters that is slowly coming out of Washington. On how our elected politicians have run this country down the sewer. How many more secrets is government and the Media keeping from us? How many more?

So much for the Fed's and their obvious failure "prioritizing" arrests and deportations, That Failed before it began, its a plain and obvious LoopHole for Illegals to stay!
The PRIORITY really IS and Should be, If their Illegal in the U.S, GET THEM OUT! no exceptions!
And WTF is "their country refused to take them back!!"...Excuse me "American leaders"...Thats when youre supposed to say "WE are NOT their Country, We REFUSE to Keep them, They are YOURS and You have NO say in the matter, we are sending them home"!!! How much of a Cowardly, Spineless waste do you have to be, to be pushed around by another country trying to force you to keep an Illegal..BS, send them back and make their country pay the deportation costs!!

This reminds me of a book I read called 'The Deporter' by Ames Holbrook, a deportation officer. Much of it is based on his frustration of how we let illegal immigrant criminals go because their home countries refuse to accept them.
