Marion County Sheriff Roger Vickers announced Monday that three persons arrested for various offenses in Marion County this summer were residing in the United States illegally and are now in the custody of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Two men from Guatemala were arrested Aug. 2 in Marion County for allegedly drinking in public and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. They were Rigoberto Sanai Pichiya, 23, and Alvaro Guitierez Quill, 19. On June 15, Martin Luna Ortega, 40, of Mexico, was arrested and charged with driving without a driver's license and various other traffic offenses. All three had been residing in the Yellville area, Vickers said.
