According to police, the suspects arrived and rammed the construction foreman’s truck with their vehicle, jumped out and damaged the truck with baseball bats, then sought out the foreman and rushed him.
A classic case of "you get what you pay for".

You mental midget! If they hadn't of broken the law to begin with, this wouldn't have happened!!

What asses. We are importing a culture of violence, no sense of right & wrong. Typical 3rd world, communist views & attitude.
I was thinking the same thing, but for the employer breaking the law, this would have never happened in the first place.

Hamilton man arrested after construction site shooting
    By Ken-Yon Hardy

    Staff Writer

HAMILTON — A Hamilton man who is believed to be a part of a construction site melee in Warren County Friday was arrested Monday.

Jose Ramon Ocasio-Nunez, 21, of the 200 block of East Avenue, was apprehended around 2:15 p.m. by the city of Hamilton and Hamilton Twp. police for his alleged involvement in firing several gunshots at a Hamilton Twp. construction site Friday, according to police.

Police said they received information that Ocasio-Nunez was inside 217 East Ave. The city of Hamilton SWAT unit and several uniformed patrol officers surrounded the residence and took Ocasio-Nunez into custody without incident, according to police.

Hamilton Twp. police said they are still searching in the Hamilton area for other suspects in connection with Friday’s incident.

A construction company supervisor said the Friday incident began when a worker at the 21 Oaks subdivision construction site off U.S. 22/Ohio 3 in Warren County was asked to produce paperwork to prove he was a legal immigrant. When he failed to produce the paperwork, he was fired.

Shortly thereafter, police said they responded to a “shots fired” call in which a male caller told them “Mexicans were shooting at him.”

Two men were injured, according to police, after the man who earlier had been fired from the construction company allegedly returned with about eight other men who were said to be armed with three handguns and several baseball bats.

Police had believed the suspects left the scene in a vehicle with the license “CDGOMEZ,” but are now focusing on other vehicle leads.

“We have determined this vehicle was not associated with the shooting and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Hamilton Twp. police Lt. Jeff Braley said in a statement.

Police said they are still looking for a white SUV, “possibly a Chevrolet with rear end damage.”

MS13 Gang May Be Linked To Assault At Local Construction Site

    LAST UPDATE: 7/19/2006 10:00:08 AM

There is more evidence that one of the most violent gangs in the country may be gaining a foothold in the Tri-State.

MS13 began as a street gang during the El Salvador Civil War.

Now, investigators think it may have been involved in an assault at a work site in Warren County's Hamilton Township last week.
