Hey-- what do you think???
What if the day after he is inaugurated, Obama pardoned Compean and Ramos??? I realize he would not do it because he believed it to be fair and just, but it would be a hell of a start to his presidency. At the least, it might quiet a few of us for a few days.
How do Hispanics, (legal), feel about the two agents being in jail?? I am not sure, but I do believe American citizen Hispanics appreciate what the two do for a living and would like to set them free.
Again, I do not have enough information on our Hispanic origin citizens, but I would like to believe they would applaud the release of the agents.
Also--it would be the first and very noticeable CHANGE-wrought by the Obama administration.

Bush, McCain and a few others are going to convince the Republicans who stopped the amnesty bills that this is what destroyed the Republican party, in reality we all know it was not, it was jobs leaving the county, corporations getting wealther and the middle class getting staughterd by lower wages, lost jobs and a terrible economy and our taxes going to pay for people who broke into our country...
But no one speaks of the 35 million discusted Republicans who did not go to the polls at all, or the ones who were discusted because they were not even allowed to mention the word immigration during the campaigns with out being chastised by both parties, Or having to hear their new spin word thrown in our face (Scapgoating), last but not least they tried to cram McCain down our throats and we hated him.
Oh Republicans are pissed alright and the party had better listen to the public this time and not the politicans like Bush who does not give a damn about the Party any longer.

I regret that Bush's sorry butt was in office for all these years to destroy this country from open borders and unlimited illegal immigration while sacrificing lives and wasting billions on an absolute farce of a war on terror.
William....If he does move quickly it will only confirm what we all have been saying that the trillion dollar Ponzi scheme called a stimulus is really an illegal alien jobs and benefits giveaway which is why he may not move too quickly on amnesty; as it would cost him valuable political capital in trying to ram this stimulus down Americans throats and up our asses. I am sure that true patriots as Sessions and Demint would have a thing or two to say too..........There is no freedom without the law. Remember our veterans whose sacrifices allow us to live in freedom.

Obama's first agenda will be the economy, and surely he has to realize that so many citizens have lost their jobs to illegals from all over the world who live in a heap, some in much better conditions than they heap living they had at home. While I have pounded Obama's campaign website and the change.gov about the increased supply of workers (illegals and visa holders) forcing Americans out of jobs due to those willing to work for a pittance, the demand for workers has fallen off the cliff in these frozen-credit economic conditions.
Even lab rats in experiments where they were overcrowded and not fed enough turned to cannibalism. The crux of our society (the American worker) is being cannibalized with no stop to cannibalizers sneaking across the border or just never leaving.

Giving amnesty, or wanting to give amnesty, to MILLIONS of ILLEGAL ALIENS who don't respect our country or our laws
would make you a TRAITOR in my book, no matter what party you belong to.
Reagon, Bush, Obama, McCain, Clinton, Kennedy, etc.NO AMNESTY
Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

Re: Bush regrets immigration reforms weren't approved
Bush said he wanted a comprehensive immigration plan "not for political standing or for Latinos, but because it was best for the country,"
He thinks Americans don't know what is best for our country.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
