Businessman charged with hiring, harboring illegal immigrants
Associated Press
CINCINNATI - A federal grand jury has charged a restaurant owner with employing and harboring illegal immigrants at his business.
Jing Fei Jiang, 37, of Fairfield, also was charged with transporting illegal immigrants and claiming to be a U.S. citizen when he applied for a small business loan, even though he is a Chinese citizen. The indictment alleges Jing has been living illegally in the United States since 1990.
The grand jury in Cincinnati returned the 12-count indictment Wednesday. It accuses Jing of encouraging and inducing three illegal immigrants to live and remain in the United States for commercial advantage or private financial gain, employing them at his Bee's Buffet restaurant in Fairfield.
Officers with the Cincinnati office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, assisted by police in Fairfield, a Cincinnati suburb, searched Jing's home and business June 5 and arrested 10 people suspected of violating immigration laws, U.S. Attorney Greg Lockhart said.
There was no answer Thursday at Jing's restaurant, and there was no residential telephone listing for him.
Jing could get up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted on the most serious charges.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

Fairfield restaurant owner indicted on immigration charges
Cincinnati Business Courier - 2:56 PM EDT Thursday
The owner of a Chinese restaurant that was the subject of a raid by immigration officials has been indicted on nine related charges by a federal grand jury.
Jing Fei Jiang, owner of Bee's Buffet in Fairfield, was indicted on charges he employed, harbored and transported three illegal aliens. The indictment also said he claimed he was a U.S. citizen when applying for a business loan, although he allegedly is a citizen of China who has been living illegally in the United States since 1990.
If convicted, Jiang could face jail time and fines on the nine counts.
In June, agents from the Cincinnati office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided Jiang's home and arrested him, along with nine Chinese and Mexican nationals, several of whom were apparently living in the Fairfield house and working at the restaurant.
Jiang allegedly had been ordered deported in 1990, but remained in the United States.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

If the owner is still an illegal, then kick his butt out of this country and make sure he leaves.
How can these illegals have enough money and/or get loans to start busineeses while legals have a hard time doing so?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

They can't deport them back to China, they refuse to take them back. I keep expecting Mexico to do the same thing.
Build the dam fence post haste!

If China won't take them then send them to Canada as they are considered refugees and their immigration law would make them allow them into the country.
