Congressional Democrats Protesting Anti-Immigration Law Monday
Congressional democrats will stand together against Alabama’s anti-illegal immigration law this Monday.

Congressional democrats will be in Birmingham Monday to protest Alabama's anti-illegal immigration law. They'll also file written arguments supporting the U.S. Justice Departments suit against the law. Rep. Terri Sewell of Birmingham will be one of the ten that say they will be here to hear from people who fear the law may adversely affect their families. These people are being selected by local civil rights and immigrant advocacy groups. The representatives will hold a press conference and participate in the launch of the One Family One Alabama Campaign to Repeal HB56 at the 16th Street Baptist Church.
