Denis Ramirez to be deported to Nicaragua after driving getaway car in Ben Novack murder

WHITE PLAINS - The getaway driver for two men who brutally murdered a Florida millionaire at the Rye Town Hilton learned today that he will be deported.
Denis Ramirez drove two confessed killers to viciously beat and torture Ben Novack Jr. to death in a suite at the hotel nearly four years ago.
Ramirez was sentenced today to time served. As part of his punishment, however, he will be deported to his native Nicaragua.

Ramirez has been in prison since his arrest three years ago. He flipped on his father-in-law, Cristobal Veliz, by naming Veliz and his sister, Narcy Novack, as the masterminds behind the murder.
