Deported man returns, gets jail time
MANCHESTER, N.H. A Manchester (New Hampshire) man who returned after being deported to Mexico will spend 40 months in federal prison.
Thirty-six-year-old Jesus Diaz-Luna was deported in 2004. He was found back in Manchester less than a year later by immigration officials and charged with illegally re-entering the country.
Once he completes his sentence, he will transfered to immigration officials to be sent back to Mexico.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

He must have committed a crime. The article didn't say - but I don't think they usually get prison time for re-entering. I suppose that is what they are attempting to infer.
