    12:24 p.m. October 2, 2008

SAN DIEGO – A convicted sex offender recently deported to Mexico was arrested after he illegally crossed back into the United States, a spokesman with the Border Patrol said Thursday.
The 47-year-old man was caught Wednesday about 9:30 a.m. in the backcountry near Jacumba, the spokesman said.

He was among a group of 11 illegal immigrants from Mexico who were also taken into custody.
The man was convicted of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14 and served a three-year prison sentence in California, according to official records.

He will now face criminal prosecution for re-entering the country, according to the Border Patrol.

I wonder how long ago this guy was deported and how long it took him to get back across the border. I also wonder how much money he sent home by remittances to help pay the coyote bill.
And I still stand by microchipping anyone deported, especially these types of fine, upstanding Mexican citizens, so we can verify if they are back in the country illegally again. Oh I am sure that something like this is illegal as far as our laws go, but so is sneaking across the border without permission again and again.

If a chip can be put in it can also be removed (cut out).
Now if they were to cut off his wee wee before they deported him again . . .
