Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) reported that drug cartels call the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Border Patrol their "UPS" because “we’re their logistics.”

On Thursday’s broadcast of “The Sean Hannity Show,” Gohmert told guest host Col. Oliver North that a Border Patrol agent told him “you know what the drug cartels call the homeland security in America? UPS. We’re their logistics. They get people to the border and then Homeland Security is their logistics to get their package to wherever they wanted it to go.”

Gohmert also predicted that the president’s statements regarding executive amnesty were a “bluff,” and that President Obama would not grant amnesty through executive order because it would hurt the Democratic Party electorally. He further criticized the Granger immigration proposal, declaring it “de-facto amnesty,” and said that the GOP will hurt its election prospects if it passes any de-facto amnesty proposals.
