Grand Jury Indicts 3 On Immigration Violations
(AP) BALTIMORE A federal grand jury has indicted the three owners of a Baltimore employment agency on charges of conspiring to
harbor illegal aliens and to launder money.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says the Jones Industrial Network office in Baltimore and eight work sites were raided on March 29. Sixty-nine people were arrested.

A federal grand jury indicted 40-year-old Daniel Jones, of Sparks-Glenco, 42-year-old Robert Lanahan, of Towson, and
41-year-old Michael Morgan, of Timonium.

According to the indictment, the three men operated the employment agency and placed illegal aliens in temporary positions at Baltimore area businesses for a fee.

The indictment claims the three kept records of applicants whose Social Security numbers could not be verified as legitimate and the company did not properly document applicants' alien status.
