    It's a legal term. So they need to stop whining.

    On INS documents, one category is illegal alien. There is no such legal status as illegal immigrant. That's just a propaganda term. You cannot be illegal and an immigrant at the same time. The INS has no category to deport you as illegal immigrant...only illegal alien.
