The Obama administration already has been criticized for being soft on illegal aliens, now the new ICE website actually advises those who've been deported on how to get back into the U.S.
Ira Mehlman at the Federation for American Immigration Reform says the current White House opened the door to endless appeals.
"Here you have ICE giving people a whole bunch of new procedures that they can continue to drag out and delay cases that have already been decided," Mehlman tells KTRH News.
"The way the game is played is that the people who have no legal right to be in the United States because they've been ordered removed, they can keep gaming the system until they win," he says. "That really is at the root of the problem here, is the system is rigged in favor of the people who want to stay in the United States without legal authorization."
William Gheen with the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC says this is the result of White House lawyers working alongside the ACLU.
"It's the very leftist, socialist members of the ACLU and the very leftist, socialist members of the Obama administration working to further the deadly and costly illegal alien invasion of our American homeland," says Gheen.
ICE did not answer our request for an interview.
Gheen meanwhile, remains hopeful the Republican majority in Congress can now fix the situation.
