    THE GAZETTE

A federal program aimed at identifying illegal immigrants is in its infancy in Colorado, but critics charge it has racked up a troubling record in areas where it has operated for as long as 2 ½ years.

At issue is Secure Communities, a rapidly expanding initiative in which federal authorities check fingerprints collected by jails against an immigration database.

Government officials say the new fingerprint procedures — involving hundreds of detention facilities across the country, including El Paso County’s — are focused on getting “criminal aliensâ€

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

There is nothing wrong with having a dragnet to remove illegals from our communities. Every community, every state needs to be dragged to remove as many illegals as possable.

Sarahi Uribe, of the National Day Labor Organizing Network, said the ICE program operates outside its mandate of targeting serious criminals."

The mandate of ICE is to arrest and deport ALL illegal aliens , The laws as written make no distinction between any class of illegal alien

Fair and balanced , it mandates they all be DEPORTED

Immigrant groups dispute that portrayal, pointing to federal figures showing that more than 25,000 people deported under the program since October 2008 have no criminal convictions, here or abroad.
ICE is doing a wonderful job freeing this Country of illegal alien criminals and I am grateful citizens are protected from undocumented immigrants increasing crime activity.

Most illegal aliens are criminals is reason for positive fingerprint matching and if it is a “deportation dragnet program" this is what this Country need. Clean sweeps nationwide!!
When you aid and support criminals, you live a criminal life style yourself:
