What Man Did To Girl, 10, Is HEINOUS, But There’s A Detail That’s ENRAGING

Alabama police are currently investigating a horrific act perpetrated upon a 10-year-old girl by a Hispanic man, and there’s a detail about the case that’s enough to send you through the roof.

Ramiro Luz Ajualip of Russellville is charged with the heinous act of raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old girl. The little girl came forward to her parents after the February 27 incident that occurred in their home, while Ajualip was living with the family, but that’s not the worst part.

At first, the girl was afraid to come forward about the horrible assault out of fear from threats that Ajualip made to her, according to WHNT19 News. But last week, the girl told her parents about the attack, and they immediately rushed her to the hospital for treatment.When authorities arrested Ajualip, he confessed to the heinous crime. But as police continued their investigation, they made an enraging discovery.

“From the information we have received, he has been here about four weeks,” stated Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett.

“He is undocumented, was a friend of the family and was actually living in the home where the child was.”

Ajualip’s fate is currently unknown, according to WFSA. Franklin County District Attorney Joe Rushing said that they’ve contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about the perverted suspect, but ICE hasn’t gotten back to his office yet. Should the agency put a hold on the Mexico native, he could be moved to a detention center and deported without ever being punished for his crimes here in America, which isn’t acceptable to Rushing.

“If they bond them out, then the ICE hold immediately takes on, and they’ll call ICE and a lot of times take them on to the processing center — even though they have these pending criminal charges,” Rushing said. “In fact, there’s been several times where a person has ended up getting deported before they ever faced charges…they are actually removed and put into their home country, never to face justice for the victim or anything else.”

Although Rushing said even if ICE tries to deport Ajualip, he’s going to fight them tooth and nail to make sure he stays in the country and is held accountable for his gruesome act.

As of now, the illegal alien is being held in the Franklin County Jail after being charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy, and his bond was set at $150,000.

As for the girl, Hargett said she’ll probably be haunted with the terrible memory of her attack forever.

“You know, a 10-year-old child that probably has no idea what’s really going on,” he said. “It’s sad because now that child is going to be scarred for the rest of her life.”

Sadly, what happened with this girl is the unfortunate reality we face from the lawless Obama administration letting anybody across the border. She did nothing wrong, yet she fell victim to one of the many irresponsible policies that have been plaguing our nation and created a border more porous than a sponge.

Crimes like this are a chilling reminder of why we have such strict immigration laws, and why they need to be enforced. Whether or not they would have stopped Ajualip from entering the country is impossible to know, but the fact remains that with the enforcement of stringent standards comes the reduced possibility of scum like this being allowed in.

So this horrible abuse could have been going on for the better part of 4 weeks before the poor girl told her parents. Terrible. Horrific.

There's a reason these people are here, and it's not poverty or violence in their home countries. It's not the need for political asylum, and they are not refugees. Most of them are from nice countries with unemployment rates lower than our own. These are the people who couldn't make it in their own countries, who wouldn't play by their own systems of laws and work. These are not people who came here to clear a forest and build a home out of mud. These are the people who think they're entitled, who think they're superior, who think they are above the law, who think it's all about them, and who come here to steal what someone else built and created. These are not the people we want to be a part of the future of America, which is why their presence here is illegal, why they are illegal aliens, illegal humans, illegal whatever you call to call them, from top to bottom, A to Z, and why US immigration law requires they be promptly deported and removed from our premises.

When will Americans realize that we have to rethink our immigration policy? IMO now would be a very good time to do that. Americans workforce participation is down, their wages are stagnant, and even our STEM graduates are having difficulty getting jobs in STEM fields. So, in effect, we are paying people to colonize us. Why are we doing this?
