Illegal Alien Busted for Voter Fraud in Nevada (Voted Not Once, but TWICE)

Last month, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice went to court to battle two states to prevent them from verifying citizenship before voting — before being slapped down by a Federal judge.

Today we saw why they fought so hard:

Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller says an illegal immigrant has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in two elections. Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.
A complaint filed by the attorney general’s office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.
Authorities say information from the Justice Department show Segura was arrested in 2012 and deported for filing a false statement on a passport application. They say she also had a false Nevada driver’s license, prompting the investigation. Miller says Segura was arrested Thursday for entering the country illegally.

And it’s not just Nevada, where Harry Reid is apparently more concerned with one ranchers grazing fees than stolen elections.

Perhaps this is why 78% of Americans support proof of citizenship before voting using a photo ID.
But don’t worry…Eric Holder (and his buddy Al Sharpton) tell us that voter fraud “does not exist”…
