Police: Illegal Alien Kept 3-year-old girl kept in closet, offered for sex

MESA, Ariz. – Police in a Phoenix suburb are investigating a child-abuse case in which a 3-year-old malnourished girl was bound with duct tape,
kept in a trash sack inside a closet and offered for sex by a man babysitting the child, officials said Tuesday.

“This is just one of those cases that just shocks the soul,” Mesa Police Chief John Meza said.

Meza said the man was arrested Monday, along with the girl’s mother, who is accused of shaving her daughter’s head to get money by claiming the girl had cancer.

The girl had duct tape around her mouth, hands, arms and legs, was wearing only a diaper and a T-shirt, was covered in feces and had multiple bruises,
scratches and blisters on her body, Meza said.

Injuries in the genital area indicated the girl had been sexually abused, and she was too weak to stand on her own, Meza said. “The child was in terrible condition.”

The girl was hospitalized in fair condition and placed in temporary state custody. The state child-protection agency had no prior contacts involving the girl, agency
spokesman Doug Nick said.

Police said Francisco Rios Covarrubias, 30, was arrested on suspicion of sex trafficking and other crimes, while the girl’s 22-year-old mother was arrested
on suspicion of child abuse.

Illegal Alien Cop-Killer Arrested Near Boston

A 60-year-old illegal immigrant wanted for killing a police officer in the Dominican Republic is behind bars after Lowell cops took him in at gunpoint, police said.

Ramon Aguasviva-Mejia, who had recently lived in Lawrence, also has warrants out of Suffolk Superior Court for drug distribution. He is also wanted by Quincy District Court
for felony assault, police said.

Detectives from the Lowell Police Department’s Special Investigations Section had Aguasviva-Mejia under surveillance Sunday afternoon in Central Plaza on Church Street, but
he spotted the tail and “Upon seeing the Detectives approach, he accelerated his vehicle nearly striking them before speeding out of the lot onto Lawrence St.,” Lowell
police said in a statement. “Detectives pursued the suspect through lower Belvidere (neighborhood) onto Rte. 110 into Dracut where they were able to block the suspect vehicle
in and take him into custody at gunpoint.”

After a search of his vehicle and his clothing, cops found Aguasviva-Mejia carrying suspected crack cocaine, police said.

For this stop, he was charged with failing to stop for a police officer, unlawful possession of cocaine, operating to endanger, operating without a license and speeding.

He is being held by Lowell police and is expected to be 
arraigned for those crimes this morning in Lowell District Court, police said.

However, police said Aguasviva-Mejia has 17 aliases, and has detainers — orders for arrest — with Immigration and Customs Enforcement for illegal re-entry into the
United States and with Interpol.

Illegal Alien Raped Woman In North Carolina

January 18, 2016

WHITEVILLE, NC (WECT) – Whiteville Police arrested a man on rape charges early Saturday morning in connection with an incident that happened Friday evening.

According to officials, Jose Reyes Bolanos, also known as Jose Demeza, was arrested Saturday morning on a second degree rape charge.

The victim reported the rape Friday evening, just before 10 p.m. at a residence on Smith Street. Bolanos was located shortly before 1 a.m. at another location in Whiteville.

Investigators discovered that Bolanos had outstanding warrants under his alias for failure to appear.

Bolanos is currently being held in the Columbus County Detention Center under no bond.

The victim was taken to Columbus Regional Medical Center, where their condition is not known.

Illegal Alien Raped 10-Year-Old Girl In Alabama

RUSSELLVILLE, AL— Authorities said a Franklin County man who is being held by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services pleaded guilty this morning to assaulting a girl in 2014.

Franklin County court officials said Pedro Ramirez Rocha, 43, 100 Town and Country Trailer Park Lot A1, Russellville, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault.

Rocha was indicted in September 2015 on four counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12.

Franklin County District Attorney Joey Rushing said the plea agreement was finalized with the blessings of the victim’s family.

He said the girl is now 11, but the family didn’t want to put her through the stress of testimony and going through a trial.

“They were concerned about the stress the case would put on their child,” Rushing said. “But they were ready to go forward if (Rocha) had not entered the guilty plea.”

As a part of the plea, Rocha was sentenced to five years in prison. He is facing deportation after he serves his prison term.

Heber Jimenez is facing two counts of rape and eight counts of sexual abuse. According to his arrest citation, Jimenez subjected
three juveniles under the age of 12 to sexual contact.

The incidents in question took place around five years ago. One victim was between 6 to 7 years old at the time of the offense,
the second was between 8-9 and the third was approximately 9-10 years old.

In addition to the sexual abuse charges, he is also charged with raping one of the girls.

Two of the victims witnessed the sexual abuse of one of the other juveniles.

Jimenez will be arraigned Wednesday.

Illegal Alien Raped 11-Year-Old North Carolina Girl

FOX News 8 GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Guilford County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Thursday on child rape charges.

Anselmo Alvarez, 32, of 5626 Atwater Drive in Greensboro, was charged with rape of a child and sex offense by an adult against a child.

The charges stem from an investigation into the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl.

Alvarez is being held in the Guilford County Jail under a $1 million bond.
