Thread: Illegal Immigrants Allegedly Commit Rape Many Times

A number of incidents this year demonstrate illegal immigrants allegedly committing acts of rape and assault against Americans.

Last week in Smithfield, North Carolina, an illegal immigrant who had been previously deported allegedly broke into an elderly woman’s home and attempted to rape her.

Illegal immigrant Jose Campuzano-Ramirez, a 52-year-old male, allegedly attempted to rape an 89-year-old woman in her home and is being charged with “first-degree burglary, felony assault, first-degree kidnapping, attempted first-degree forcible rape and attempted first-degree sexual offense,” the News Observer reports.

Another previously deported illegal immigrant, 31-year-old Sergio Jose Martinez, had been deported 20 previous times, but got back into the country, and then broke into a 65-year-old woman’s home in Portland, Oregon, tied her up, blindfolded her, punched her in the head, and raped her while threatening to kill her.

He reportedly faces charges of “first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery (two counts), second-degree assault, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree burglary.”

That wasn’t the only brutal rape allegedly committed by an illegal immigrant in Portland, Oregon.

23-year-old Salvador Diaz-Garcia is accused of committing two separate sexual assaults in the same day. On June 25th, he allegedly brutally raped a 19-year-old female in her apartment complex’s gym, breaking her jaw, nose, and ripping her ear during the assault.

He allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl just hours later. The man was allowed to stay in the country due to Obama’s executive amnesty program, Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

He was arrested on rape, second-degree assault, and molestation charges.

Before that story from Portland, there was a case in Geneseo, New York, where an illegal alien allegedly repeatedly raped a young girl while she was between 12 and 13-years-old.

Finally, two young male illegal aliens broke into a woman’s home in the Atlanta area, tazed her, threw boiling water on her, and then raped her in front of her children in June. They reportedly face charges of “rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, home invasion, aggravated battery and cruelty to children.”

It would be good to see some actual figures of what percentage of illegals do crimes.

It is not inconceivable that these criminals would cross the border to escape prosecution in their own country.

The fact is, these crimes committed by illegals are crimes that can be prevented. That's the really sad fact.

What I want to know is how these illegal aliens get probation and not deported when they are convicted of rape????

That is the big question,isn't it?

That is why I think our governments - from cities to Washington and all in between are playing games.

Why aren't they indicted and held?

Why in the world would a judge give an illegal bail? The very fact of being an illegal should prove he/she is a flight risk.

Should they in their insanity grant bail, why then is a warrant not issued when they abscond. That way they could be held if they come in contact with law enforcement for any reason. They committed a crime in a state - yet they pretend their only crime is being an illegal, and somehow that's the only federal crime they can't help to enforce.

So, I'm thinking they are just playing games. None of them want to do anything, so they are pretending they can't.

They think we are stupid - and it's just quite possible they are right.

We let this happen, didn't we?

We kept voting in Republicans and pretending somehow they were against illegal immigration. Even though we heard Pres. Bush say one of his first priorities was amnesty. We heard him call them 'just hardworking people, looking for a better life",and 'just doing the work Americans wouldn't do'.

John McCain, Flake, and John Cornyn have always been pro illegal.

There are still people who will argue he was against illegal immigration.

We continue to buy products they help produce, sell, etc.

It's just mind boggling and really overwhelming.
