Federal immigration agents launched raids today in Chelsea, East Boston, and several other local communities in a search for about 50 known MS-13 gang members with outstanding arrest warrants, according to local police.

The sweep, dubbed "Operation Trece" by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, has been in the planning stages for weeks in response to violent crimes perpetrated by MS-13 members. It is the work of a multijurisdictional task force that includes local police; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives; the Middlesex Sheriffs Department; and police from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Investigators are working off a list of about 50 names and using photographs of MS-13 gang members, said Captain Brian Kyes of the Chelsea Police Department.

The sweep unnerved many immigrants heading to work as early as 5 a.m., said Sergio Reyes of the Boston Mayday Coalition, an organization of immigrant advocacy groups. "We have many workers in those areas staying at home because they are in fear that it was some sort of roundup for deportations," Reyes said.

Kyes said the outstanding warrants include assault and weapons offenses.

Since we've had more deaths from this invasion than what were killed in the Vietnam War, can't we come up with a movie that would depict the reality of this hardship on US (the ones who count)?

Good. Be afraid. Be veeeeery afraid.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".
