And this means what exactly? Nice of them to "cooperate", but Iowa is still littered with meat packing and other plants full of illegal aliens, and everyone knows it.

It means that everyone arrested and booked into jail in Iowa will have their fingerprints sent to the FBI, who runs them in their database and then forwards them to I.C.E., who will then run them in their fingerprint database,
and if we are lucky some of them will then be deported.
