Sometimes items are widespread in the news, other items are not. Carson stated on Hannity Monday (don't have a link to review) that he would enforce a "no fly zone" & curtail Putin from being in Syria.
I found that an unwise stance and would be very leary of that type of decision making as well as Fiorina's attack on Putin during the debate. I go with Trump - "let Putin take care of Isis"

O admin is so weak, accomplishing nothing that another ancient site has been destroyed, the 3rd one & of course the killings, beheadings that have been ongoing for way too long.

Putin is going after Isis in Palmyra. Now Iraq wants Putin there. Russia stated we have not gone into Iraq so far as we were not asked to and "we are polite".

Let Russia handle Syria. They know how to restore order.

Obama needs more humiliation, IMO. They may be crazy and brutal, but they seem to believe in maintaining Christendom, and not letting it be destroyed by Muslim radicals.

That's right they did! Russia has always been our friend. Russia also has a better understanding of the Middle East than we do, especially considering we have no understanding of the Middle East. Russia is closer physically to the Middle East, their Mediterranean Naval Base is located in Tartus, Syria so they have a clear and present strategic national interest in Syria, whereas we have no strategic national interest in Syria.

Russia also has a better intelligence operation than we do. For our CIA to have spent $400 million in training armed rebels and only have 5 trained fighters as a result shows something is very very wrong with our CIA operations in the Middle East. Russia says and I believe them that most of the "rebel fighters" are actually mercenaries fighting for whoever pays them the most money. These are the people who are and have been giving our money to ISIS to then pay "fighters" for switching over to ISIS.
