They will challenge it once Kagan hits the Supreme Court. From that point forward, the administration will have a green light to be completely lawless.

    Dear Justice Department

    Dear Justice Department Personel,

How does it feel to be used to further an anti American, open borders, anti constitutional, progressive political agenda?

You are now part of the effort to push us towards a North American Union and New World Order, if you did not know this before. This will mean the end of U S Sovereignty and the end of our constitution as we know it and you are a part of it. ALL of you at the DOJ...
In my opinion this is a form of treason. ANYONE who pushes, or assists in pushing this agenda, helping Mexico invade our nation for political, economic, and social purposes, attacks state's rights to protect their citizens from foreign nationals (here Illegally no less), shields illegal alien invaders etc is nothing more than a Traitor to the United States and its citizens...

We do not want a North American Union. We do not want the New World Order. You will cease and desist or you will be held accountable by the People of our Great Nation come judgement time.

I think they will challenge it even if they know they are going to lose to satisfiy the left and show that they tried to do something, it covers their butt...and leaves them no choice but to enforce the law.

Either that or they have already bribed the judges to make sure the outcome is in their favor.....it's the Chicago Mafia style you know!

They will challenge it to get a court order to keep it from going into affect on July 29.
And then the court will drag out for years, just like CA. Prop. 187.
And it will end up just like Prop. 187.

"The fear of the police already inhibits immigrants from coming forward to a certain extent," Beck said. "But if you add this, you increase the reluctance tenfold.
BS excuse on their part. If they continue to stop immigration laws from being enforced, the number of illegal aliens will contnue to grow which will make it even harder to enforce the law. And as the number of illegal aliens grows, more money will be needed to hire more police, border agents, and equipment. Then the police will really be in a bind because lawlessness will prevail. It will be Mexico. God help us.

Proposition 187 was not crafted correctly to withstand a constitutional challenge, this bill was. To simply declare as a basis of their opposition to It that there "might" be racial profiling with regard to Implementation of the law Is not a valid reason to block It. Arizona could simply argue that there Is a possibility of a civil rights violation with regard to ANY Interaction between the police and a civilian, not just In the case of this particular law. This law Is a carbon copy of Federal Law,and If they were to block this before It actually goes Into effect,a judge would basically be saying that "FEDERAL LAW" Is unconstitutional.... This law will go Into effect on time because It was written with the authors knowing full well that It would be challenged. This law will stand.... TS

It doesn't matter if it is really legal or not.
    It's what the judge rules.
It's going to be up to one judge after another for years.
187 was written knowing that it would be challenged in court too.
A different judge, a different time, a different place, it could have been ruled legal.

The real outcome of proposition 187 very well could have been different If the appeal were allowed to make It to the Supreme Court. When Grey Davis took office he dropped the appeal. Imagine that,a Democrat dropping an appeal of a law that could very well cost their party millions of votes In the future... TS
