HOUSTON (CBS Houston) Officials raided a home that was being used to house illegal immigrants as well as a drug operation Tuesday.

According to reports, nearly two dozen suspected illegal immigrants from a northwest Harris County home were taken into custody; authorities also found drugs, money and weapons.

The home was was located on Cherry Springs near Acres Homes. At least 23 people, 20 of them here illegally were apprehended; three of the individuals had felony records.

One million dollars worth of methamphetamine was also confiscated at the home. Several people went to an ICE detention center while other individuals were taken to the Harris County Jail.

Additional reports indicate that the individuals who were here in the United States illegally were from both Honduras and Mexico.
