AUBURN — A 30-year-old man who had been deported to Brazil once already scuffled with police at a traffic stop last night after an officer realized that the man’s documents were falsified, according to police.

Police Officer Daniel A. Lamoreaux stopped a vehicle driven by Luiz Damasceno, of 212 Arlington St., Framingham, for speeding on Route 20 about 10:15 last night.

When Officer Lamoreaux checked the passport and Social Security documents provided by Mr. Damasceno, the officer realized the documents were counterfeit, according to Detective Sgt. Jeffrey A. Lourie.

In April, Officer Lamoreaux attended a training session on documents.

Officer Lamoreaux called for back up, and Officers Spiros Kaperonis and Tod Kuchnicki responded. When police attempted to place Mr. Damasceno under arrest, he responded by punching, kicking and spitting on the officers, according to police. Mr. Damasceno was eventually subdued and placed under arrest.

He is due to be arraigned today in Central District Court in Worcester today. He is charged with three counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and other motor vehicle charges.

Mr. Damasceno was previously deported to Brazil, according to Sgt. Lourie.

Some ACLU, la raza, or the like lawyer will praise the illegal alien for being a person of color and poor.

Yes yes they're all poor, but they're not stupid, so let's start treating them like the intelligent humans they say they want to be treated like.

And do it when they're found out for who they actually are.

Wonder how much he paid for that counterfeit document, which is a FELONY, so he can NEVER be an American citizen.

    Thems the laws.
