Rep. Matt Gaetz unveiled legislation that would force the government to deport all illegal immigrants when a national emergency because of a communicable disease is declared.

“Democrats are taking advantage of a national pandemic by working to advance their radical agenda at the expense of Americans’ safety and well-being,” the Florida Republican tweeted on Wednesday. “The PANDEMIC Act puts Americans first by requiring that all illegal aliens be deported during a pandemic.”

The Protect American Nationals During Emergencies by Mitigating the Immigration Crisis Act was created in response to a bill put forward by Democrats that would release all detained illegal immigrants that are not deemed a public safety risk.

“We have an obligation to do everything we can to prevent the spread of this deadly disease, and that means moving people out of detention centers when they do not pose a public safety risk,” Sen. Cory Booker said about the plan to release detained illegal immigrants.


Gaetz argued, “I think we should love our country at least as much as Mexico loves theirs.”

Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced earlier this month that almost 700 illegal immigrants were being released in an attempt to stem the spread of the coronavirus in jails and detention centers.

“As a special response to this particular crisis, ICE has instructed its field offices to further assess for the purpose of considering releases of certain individuals deemed to be at greater risk of exposure,” acting Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Ken Cuccinelli said at the time. “ICE continues to reevaluate all individuals in custody who make up vulnerable populations, and they’ve been modifying practices based on recommendations of the CDC.”

100% of them need to be deported now, not later!

No more warehousing these illegal aliens. Process them, get them off our soil within 24 hours.

Many already have infectious diseases; TB, AIDS, HIV, hepatitis, measels, flu, chicken pox, skin rashes, respiratory disesase, e-coli, lice, scabis, and a HOST of medical problems! Diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney failure, sepsis, tumors, cancer, pregnant, and much more. Send them back!

Send those UACs back on the spot, they are coached liars too. Let their country find their relatives back home. We do not want to pay for their school, housing, food and medical care. We are not their baby daddy! They are their presidents responsibility.

We need to ask Rep. Matt Gaetz why he is supporting legislation to deport all illegals during a Pandemic when we already have laws that allow full deportion of illegals anytime.

We also need to know why Gaetz is going around the nation endorsing GOP candidates who support AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS LIKE
