Montgomery County Police Dept.On Tuesday night, police in Montgomery County, MD arrested two men accused of raping an 11-year-old girl. Officers found the two in the apartment, where the alleged assault took place.

Montgomery County police spokesman Cpl. Dan Friz told reporters: “Based on the information she provided and the location and description of the gentlemen and some of the contents in the apartment, the officers went right to the apartment, found the two guys in the apartment, locked them up.â€

Its lock and load time.... Death wish the movie comes to mind..

Even with these heinous crimes our or some of our governmental bodies still are hell bent on giving amnesty to these illegal aliens. I am still surprised that some of the citizens have not taken action of their own and pushed back and pushed back hard. OH ! I am sorry that would be racist and prejudice and an act of vigilante.

So carry on illegal aliens. Make a mockery of our systems

whenever i come across a bleeding heart liberal idiot on other sites, spewing "love our new immigrant freinds, they are only here to get a better life" garbage, i send them right over here to get the game in order. the truth shuts them up pretty fast. its almost comical to read this gravity of crime , murder,rape, drug dealing etc here. when do the american people say THATS IT- IT ALL STOPS NOW! the solution to these foriegn criminals wreaking havoc 24/7, 365 will not be for those with weak stomachs. as you all can read, they sure dont care what happens to any americans.

An 11-year-old girl who was raped in Silver Spring led police to the townhouse where she said the attack occurred and told them about items inside that helped police arrest two suspects, Montgomery County police said Wednesday.

The suspects, 31 and 20, were charged with second-degree rape. Detectives and prosecutors are pursuing additional and possibly more serious charges, according to a police spokesman. The suspects were being held Wednesday on $1 million bond each.

There is no indication the victim knew the assailants, said Cpl. Dan Friz, a police spokesman. About 4 p.m. Tuesday, she was at a gas station near Piney Branch Road and Carroll Avenue. The two approached her and spoke in Spanish, which she couldn't understand, and she walked home, police said.

Several hours later, the suspects saw the girl in a park near Quebec Terrace and approached her, Friz said. She began to walk away, but they grabbed her by the arm and forced her back to a residence where they live, in the 8700 block of Carroll Avenue, Friz said.

After raping the girl, the suspects allowed her to leave, police said. On her way home, she saw her mother looking for her, according to charging documents. The girl told her mother what happened, and police were called.

She was able to tell detectives where the rape occurred and described the inside of the residence, which lent credibility to what she was saying, police said. Officers also conducted a "show-up," in which they drove the victim near the residence. From a squad car, and without the suspects knowing, she was able to identify them, Friz said.


"She was extremely brave and resilient considering what she'd been through," Friz said. "She did a phenomenal job paying attention."

Officials identified the suspects as Melquicide H. Sorto, 31, and Marcos R. Torres-Enriquez, 20. Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement have placed detainers on both suspects, an ICE spokeswoman said Wednesday. ICE places detainers on arrestees they suspect are in the country illegally, and detainers can led to deportation after criminal cases and sentences have run their course.

The allegations in the case are similar to one proceeding through the court system.

On Tuesday, Jamal A. Donavan was sentenced to seven years in prison for the June 27, 2009, rape of a 12-year-old girl. She had been taken to an abandoned house in Germantown, according to charging documents in that case.
