Mexican drug kingpin pleads guilty in S.A.

A reputed co-founder of the Juárez Cartel pleaded guilty in San Antonio on Tuesday to violating a federal racketeering law, the RICO Act, as part of a deal that will send him to prison for more than 18 years.

Juan José Quintero Payán, 69, quietly answered questions as U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia noted seven pages in Quintero's plea agreement that detailed the trafficking.
