    December 5, 2011 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- In an effort to expand opportunities for immigrant entrepreneurs, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is announcing a series of new initiatives to be supported by a newly created Office of New Americans.

    The initiatives include expanding immigrant business owner outreach and education events and providing training to immigrant small business associations to help them make better use of city resources.
