Obama Administration Releases New Fliers For Illegal Immigrants Explaining Exec. Amnesty

The Obama administration wants to make certain illegal immigrants know all about the benefits of executive amnesty.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services released the two new fliers — available in English and Spanish — late last week. The immigration agency noted that the two fliers will be available in more languages “soon.”

One flier addresses the expansion of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) — addressing illegal immigrants with the headline: “You may be able to request Expanded DACA. Want to learn more?”

The flier goes on to explain that under President Obama’s executive amnesty, USCIS will begin accepting “requests” for DACA expansion on February 18, 2015.

“On November 20, 2014, the President announced that, within 90 days, USCIS would expand the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). This means more people may request deferred action under DACA when the program is expanded. If you receive deferred action, you may be able to stay in the United States temporarily without fear of deportation. In addition, you will be considered for employment authorization, which would allow you to work legally in the United States, for a three year period.”

The pamphlet further offers details on eligibility requirements.

The other flier addresses Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents or DAPA, also reading: “You may be able to request DAPA. Want to learn more?”

“On November 20, 2014, the President announced that, within six months, USCIS would begin accepting requests for DAPA, Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. If you receive deferred action under DAPA, you may be able to stay in the United States temporarily without fear of deportation. In addition, you will be considered for employment authorization, which would allow you to work legally in the United States, for a three year period.”

It also offers details on eligibility and notes that “USCIS is preparing to launch the DAPA program in mid-to-late May of this year.”

This is racketeering by the White House and DHS. It's the promotion of and conspiracy with illegal alien criminals to violate US immigration law. Everyone involved with distributing these fliers needs to be arrested and charged with racketeering under the RICO act. This act is an impeachable offense by the White House and all Cabinet Members involved with it or who with knowledge of it refused to stop it.

Oh I think it's been spending its budget on a lot of stuff we would find horrific and offensive. That's why I've no problem at all with shutting the whole mess down until Congress can gain the votes to over-turn a veto or we have a new President that will sign the bill. Our government has over-played its hand on the "terror" bit while failing to do its job. When agencies do this, there is only one proper punishment and that is to defund them and I'm sure we have plenty of laws that are sufficient to terminate their employment for dereliction of duty or worse and to prosecute them for their crimes.

Either you're with US or you're against US and it's pretty clear where USCIS and DHS are on that.

Shut it down. Defund. End the Madness. Stop the Insanity.
