On October 11, 2014, Judge Jeanine Pirro and LTC (Ret) Allen West said a few things that have progressives fuming and left the president worried.
As a nation, we are watching some unprecedented moves in the US Military, which have been signed off by executive order from President Obama. We have military being handed pink slips when they return from combat. We have President Obama swearing illegal aliens into the military. Now, we have President Obama issuing orders to call up the ready reserves to fight a disease in a foreign country, while refusing to secure the US Southern Border and ban flights from those countries.
So what did Judge Jeanine and Allen West say that has progressive Democrats fuming with responses like:

All of this because Judge Jeanine and Allen West pointed out a few simple, accurate facts. Have a listen for yourself:
As TPNN points out, this could very well mean that President Obama quietly and unceremoniously violated his oath of office once again.There have been unconfirmed reports of President Obama not being happy his top generals are stepping up and speaking out.



Are Judge Jeanine and Allen West correct? Actually yes, they are.

Judge Jeanine Pirro remarked that the Obama Administration is violating federal law by reducing the military by 90,000 while simultaneously recruiting illegal immigrants into the armed services and arming them through unilateral executive order. Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Allen West joined the judge to discuss this unlawful action. Col. West agreed with Judge Jeanine’s comment that it is a felony to arm an illegal immigrant under Title 18 USC 922 (d)(5a) (Western Journalism)

That code does state that it doesn’t matter which president started the process. It is illegal to arm an illegal immigrant by any government employee, government agency, or business.
Also, there was one more issue brought up by Col. West.

“When has law ever meant anything to Barack Hussein Obama? But the more important thing that we have to come to understand is if you go to the Constitution, to Article I, Section VIII, Clause number 4, that says that only the Congress has the ability to make rules or laws in regards to naturalization; the president does not have that. So, when you go back and look at the executive order he did, calling it a DREAM Act, you look at this edict that he has sent down, it is an unlawful order.” (Western Journalism)

Article I, Section VIII, clause number 4 does state that only CONGRESS has the ability to make laws regarding the immigration or naturalization of the United States. It is illegal and punishable for a president or any other body outside of congress to do so.
Allen West also created waves by saying that the military has the right not to obey these executive orders. In truth, according to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, you don’t just have the right to disobey an unlawful order, it is your duty!
Now, if only the Pentagon will figure that out and do something about it.

There has never been a president that has shown such disregard for the United States Military. It’s no secret that Obama has had a very contentious relationship with the military.



It’s no secret that Obama has had a very contentious relationship with the military. From ignoring and disregarding his military advisors, to openly disrespecting our men and women in uniform. Now comes word that the Army’s manufacturing capacity is in a “death spiral.”

Heidi Shyu, who is the Army’s assistant secretary for acquisition, logistics, and technology, made the claim when asked about the deep spending cuts that are taking effect throughout the military.

“We are already at that point,” she said when talking about the military’s threat readiness being negatively affected. She explained that out of all the branches, the Army has the smallest research, development, and acquisition budget, and lamented that there are still more debilitating budget cuts to come.

With the Army’s force shrinking, workers are overloaded and a malaise is setting in. “It creates an enormous amount of additional work and churn on all the folks that we have in the acquisition workforce,” Shyu said, “We are starting to lose people we don’t want to lose.”

Obama and the Democrats unwillingness to cut spending in any other area led to the drastic reduction in military spending. And this, of course, has consequences. One of them being that the shortsightedness of specifically the Army’s reductions actually leads to increased costs, because the money isn’t their to make bulk purchases, which provides steep discounts. So the Army is purchasing less but at a higher price. “It’s not better buying power. It’s much worse,” Shyu said.

Obama’s lack of leadership and refusal to get his spending under control has damaged the military’s ability to protect this nation. With new and old threats popping up all over the world, Obama has decided to weaken our military and trust his own knowledge over those at the Pentagon. If the United States wants to be able to survive in an increasingly hostile world, the cuts must reversed and military advice heeded.

Under the Obama administration our military has had a rough go of it. They’ve had to watch their work be undone in Iraq and a foreign policy that would be generously described as bumbling. At a minimum they deserve respect and praise at home!
