Obama Invites Illegal Immigrants to His Big Speech, Still Refuses to Meet With ICE Agents

Last night, six illegal immigrants attended the State of the Union address as guests of President Obama in an effort to bolster his calls for immigration reform.

"If we are serious about economic growth, it is time to heed the call of business leaders, labor leaders, faith leaders, and law enforcement – and fix our broken immigration system. Republicans and Democrats in the Senate have acted. I know that members of both parties in the House want to do the same," Obama said during his speech. "Let’s get immigration reform done this year."

But it seems as though President Obama is more serious about emboldening illegal immigrants than helping law enforcement agents dealing with the problem. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent and President of the National ICE Council Chris Crane, President Obama is still refusing to meet with them to discuss the issue.

"According to news accounts, the President has once again invited illegal immigrants to the State of the Union – and yet the President still refuses to meet with ICE officers. We have a President who will provide those illegally in the US with the seat of honor at one of the most important events of the year, but ICE officers who serve under him are unwelcome in the White House," Crane said. "This is symptomatic of the President’s continued demonstration of contempt for immigration officers and his blatant disregard for Congressionally-enacted law. ICE officers are forced every day to release violent offenders back into the streets; we are prohibited from enforcing immigration violations and document fraud and from cracking down on illegal employment; we are prohibited from enforcing public charge law to protect taxpayers; and we are forced to catch-and-release illegal aliens who are not ‘priorities’ even when officers' believe there is a threat to public safety."

Crane also pleaded with Republicans to stand up again amnesty, something he has repeatedly argued will decrease the safety of ICE officers across the country and begged them to work with ICE agents in order to find a solution to the ongoing illegal immigration problem.

"We are pleading with House Republicans to stand up to the Obama Administration’s abuses and to support ICE officers. I am therefore alarmed to read that House Republicans are working with prominent amnesty proponents instead of reaching out and working with ICE officers. Any immigration principles crafted by House Republicans should be crafted in consultation with the ICE personnel who know firsthand what is wrong with our immigration system and how to fix it," Crane said. "House Republicans must work with ICE officers, and investigate the abuses and misconduct at DHS, before moving any legalization bill – otherwise, they are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past. ICE officers do not have the connections, funds or votes that powerful special interests and billionaire CEOs can deliver. We are just 5,000 law officers responsible for enforcing immigration law for tens of millions of visa holders and illegal immigrants in all 50 states and two territories – it is a losing battle that puts American safety at risk. But we hope to have justice and a concern for public safety on our side, and I hope House Republicans will support us in our uphill fight to ensure the constitutional rule of law in America.”

Speaker John Boehner has hinted at a possible immigration reform debate in the House sometime this spring.

It is obvious what the little Marxist Puke is doing. He is arrogantly rubbing our noses in his power to ignore the law. And the gutless Republicans are letting him do it. Take this information and blanket areas where there are large numbers of Blue Collar Reagan Democrats. These Reagan Dems are suspicious of "the rich" but they are not into class warfare. They would understand that one can be for free markets and yet fight against the mega rich who try to purchase legislation for amnesty. The hardcore leftist has invested a lot of time and money into inciting "hate the rich" class envy. They have hypocritically hung that cliché around the necks of Republicans and conservatives. PEOPLE THE DEMOCRATS ARE SO VULNERABLE TO HAVING THE "PARTY OF THE RICH" LABEL thrown back at them because of their unholy alliance with billionaires pushing amnesty. Likewise the Republicans could redeem themselves among hardworking Americans by defending them against the amnesty being pushed by Democrats and the mega rich. The GOP is throwing away a great opportunity to expand its voter base if only it would end the stupidity of also being pro amnesty. And why? because the GOP is craping in its pants afraid that Hispanics will hate them or they would be labeled racists.

Why do you think you Obama repeats over and over about helping the "middle" class? because that is a large voting demographic of people who do not identify with the rich. Democrats are doubly vulnerable on amnesty because not only would they be exposed as friends of the evil rich (which in many cases is a perception many rich people have earned) but Democrats would be exposed as hypocrites, devious traitors to the "little man." People become especially bitter toward someone who has betrayed them.

Republicans and many patriots are thawing away a once in a lifetime opportunity to flip the whole voting landscape upside down, not by embracing Marxism but with some good old fashioned small business and working man populism.
    Think of Sarah Palin.

Whenever Obama starts with his "helping the middleclass" cliché, the universal and automatic response should be, "With friends like Obama who needs enemies?"

Patriots think about it; it is a good strategy.
